Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded, as fulfillment begins promptly. We kindly ask that all order details be reviewed carefully prior to checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days
Complimentary Standard Shipping: Available on all orders exceeding $250

Shipping estimates do not include order processing time, weekends, or public holidays.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Confirmation

Velvet Crown Affair is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, customers are advised to contact the shipping provider directly.

Velvet Crown Affair is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
