Returns & Store Credit Policy
Due to the nature of our products and in adherence to strict hygiene standards, Velvet Crown Affair enforces a carefully defined return policy.
Return Eligibility
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
To be considered eligible, items must:

Remain in their original, unopened packaging

Be unused, unworn, and uninstalled

Not be removed from original bundle or wig packaging

Not be washed, brushed, finger-combed, styled, or altered

Not be colored, bleached, chemically treated, or heat-damaged

Show no signs of tampering or modification
Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be approved and will be returned to the customer.
Return Request Procedure
Customers must contact our support team via email within 24 hours of receiving their order.
Clear photographic evidence of the item in its original packaging must be provided for review.
If the request is approved, detailed return instructions will be issued.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Velvet Crown Affair is not responsible for return packages lost or delayed in transit.
Store Credit Issuance
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.
Refunds to the original payment method are not available under any circumstances.
Store credit will be issued within 5 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, the original item must first be returned and approved for store credit.
Once store credit has been issued, a new order may be placed at the customer’s discretion.

Errors or negligence by hairstylists or third parties
Professional installation and treatment are strongly recommended.
